The customizer in Picart looks like it was not updated after the recent workdpress updates which caused display problmes. I re downloaded switched to another theme and reinstalled PICART are activated it but is still does not display properly

Hi,

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Hi Dave – thank you for the note.

All plugins have been deactivated but no change. The slider picture was working along with the home page fourth columns and text normally below it but for the last day it is not coming up.

Dear Support,

As we now, EasyApache 3 is being deprecated by Jan 2018 with EasyApache 4 taking over. Does Gravida Pro run seamlessly with EasyApache 4? I am hesitant to make the migration switch before hearing from you. Also, if there other specific instructions on this before migration is activated in WHM/CPanel.

It is a Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) plugin. If you don’t want to use Captcha then you can deactivate the plugin.

Funny thing.

I haven’t accessed the backend of my site for several weeks, until I noticed in Google Analytics that the visitor count hit 0. I checked up on the site, and suddenly your demo layout was activated…

I don’t know what happened. But the design was reset and all the danish letters æ, ø and å in every text on every page has been replaced with symbols.
