To remove gap below menu kindly go to Appearance » Customize » Post & Page » Page Header Settings and turn on Hide Page Header.

SKT Tube already does. Wedding videographer has a video slider on top.

Also most of our themes nowadays have slider changeable so you can have video slider replacing default slider displayed.
