The header image in pages and also the images on homepage for blog and gallery posts are stretched. I have followed measurement guidelines. How do I stop this from happening?

BradJune 13, 2016 at 5:55 pm #36991Hi, I have the same problem with the gallery of Naturo Pro: the thumbnails are showing stretched pictures and have a different proportion, compared to the Naturo demo.
All my images have the same size -564×376 px- and they look perfect when I open the gallery.
How can I fix this problem? (the site in not online)June 14, 2016 at 6:17 am #37020Can you get your site online kindly? Then we can check and resolve this issue.
June 15, 2016 at 8:00 pm #37253I moved my site from local to online server http://negesca.hostinggratis.it to show how pictures get stretched in thumbnails BUT the theme lost all settings (colors, slide, sections…) and shows the default template. How should I do?
June 16, 2016 at 9:50 am #37354You can use duplicator plugin to duplicate your website.
