I’d like to remove the date, author, etc from the list of latest posts along the bottom of each blog post when I insert the shortcode [latestposts].

Added category option in the shortcode: [latestposts show=”2″ excerpt_length=”20″ category=”materialy” readmore=”READ MORE”]

Hi.

Im using your IT Solution theme. And using the flipcard shortcode. But on Iphone it wont flip over on click.
Its working fine on Android phones .

At the same time, I might as well ask now while waiting… I have a problem with the Testimonial page too.

Demo shows many lines of text. Using the shortcode

[testimonials-rotator show="5"]

I get just three lines of text and scroll bars. I just need 7 or 8 lines, after that I can add a “Read More” button easy enough.

And can the Testimonials be links to the actual page for that testimony? That way more could be added, including comments easily. I do have a “read more” on each page and if that could show, that would suffice. Sort of relates to the size thing. But if the picture was a link, that would be cool.

Two other hopes… can the round image below the individual testimonies be bigger?

And can it auto-scroll the boxes after a set period of time?

Oh boy, this is so simple it’s almost embarrassing! Thank you, it worked perfectly. I didn’t put it in the Custom CSS portion of the Customizer but in the styling sheet of a child theme I linked to the parent farming theme. Your answer was perfect considering my absolutely novice question, but the child theme will work better in the long term. Now I have to spend much needed time on improving my knowledge of css, php and wordpress so I don’t ask such questions again.

On an unrelated subject you might be interested to know that your themes work beautifully with WPML users. The easiest (and quickest way) for novice users like me to translate fields in the Appearance Customizer is to use the WMPL shortcodes and the WMPL string translation. I just register new strings as I go in each field (example below) and then translate them in WPML string translation.
