I recently upgraded WordPress to its newest version. I also updated to PHP 7. Now on my website the top left social icons show “?” and does not work. This is what my code looks like.
All of my blog posts are being truncated and no linked title or “read more” button is showing up to read more of the post.
I turned off the theme and loaded another one, and the posts worked fine. Any idea how to fix this?
Here’s a sample: https://cybersecurityassociationofmichigan.org/index.php/news/
And replace <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>
1. The button on the slider not showing?
Answer:
When you add new slide instead of default so first removed all three slides field data Slide Image, Slide Title, Slide Link, Slide Button than add your new slides data.
I am using the Strong Pro theme and have just installed WooCommerce. This theme is supposed to be WooCommerce ready but it isn’t. The display of the shop pages is awful. The thumbnails and columns are tiny and all bunched up at the side. It is not using the responsive columns that the theme uses and as far as I can see the post-woo.php is not being used for either the shop page or a single product.
There is a woocommerce.php file in the theme, which WooCommerce informs me is overriding the usual native templates. This doesn’t seem to be doing anything apart from calling the WooCommerce function. What is the point? How can I get the styles and shop set up looking good, when it is already supposed to be set up. As you can tell, I was hoping for a quick set up for WooCommerce and this is far from it as it looks like I am going to have to set up the templates myself.
Please tell me if I am missing a setting somewhere or if there is an easy solution to this problem.
Thanks.
You can update it via custom-functions.php or else use contact form 7 plugin and replace our form with that plugin form by adding widget of the plugin in right sidebar widget or using the plugin shortcode in any post or page.
2. i have to modify some parameters in the server, because i get this error: The file uploaded exceed the parameter upload_max_filesize in php.ini: is there a way to solve it, or do i have to talk to my hoster and ask to modify the parameters for uploadings?
3. thank you, i activated it, but the customer would like to have it under the address, so i tried to add directly the < a href=”#” >< /a >, but i didn’t get the result i wanted: i add the screenshot of the backend – what i want to do – and the result in the frontend, too many “f”, where the red are those i’m not interested in and the blue the only one i would like to have (if it is possible)
My friend I need a quick solution, I need the native searchform.php code to fix it or you fix it for me… I need to resolv this fast, I’m losing days without solving my problem. I already did everything you asked for and I even sent my passwords.
