Hey,
I made a blog entitled “Away with the winter, here is spring!” Here I made 2 promo2 boxes, following the manual. At the 1st box it goes wrong with the head BOOK TO STAR. The button is shown vertically with respect to the 2nd box if it goes well. Can you tell me how this comes about, and how this can be solved?

I write to you because on this website the width is bigger than the mobile screens and I have a strip on the right, and it also makes all the elements look a little smaller.

How do I fix this?

In previous occasions they told me that the solution is this:

“theme header.php we changed initial-scale = 1.1 to initial-scale = 1.0”.

But I checked and in this case, it’s already 1.0.

Can you help me with this?

Hi,

Kindly go to header.php

Find:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.1"/>

And replace:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>

Someone posted on WordPress.org with the same problem and their solution was “white space” in the functions.php file. I’m not a coder but I don’t see any excessive white space. The link to this solution is here:

I’m using the Furniture ProVersion theme: pro 1.1.
I have 2 problems:
1) When I click on a product, the product image opens the image and exits the site.

Hi,

Kindly use compressjpeg.com or tinypng.com to reduce sizes and compress all your images and reupload them.

Lastly kindly use WP Fastest Cache plugin and ask hosting to have Zend Op Cache and PHP Server cache applied to your site or if they have NGINX available get them to use that.

With all the above steps i am sure your site will be faster. Theme is just part of the entire WordPress website ecosystem and our themes are coded to be faster.

Rest are all generic points i mentioned here.

Got another issue now but I don’t think it’s you as when I tried to update the file I got an error
“Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

body { font-family: 'Cormorant', serif !important;}
