My Woocommerce site is functional but the email notifications do not get through to the site owner or the customer. I see a lot online about adding plugins to make the php code acceptable. Any suggestions? My GoDaddy account manager said they were risky. My theme is Luxury Watch.April 6, 2018 at 9:33 am #98525

Settings are correct. I have done several Woo sites. And GoDaddy’s hosting usually works great with email transfer. I have the plugin PostmanSMTP installed with a Gmail API and the test works, but a trial order does now. Client only receives email from PayPal confirming payment. I am out of options.April 6, 2018 at 2:33 pm #98618
WooCommerce Live chat found the problem. Something stupid as I suspected. All set. Thanks, KristyApril 9, 2018 at 5:20 am #98679
