Procedure for update: activate some other theme, delete the old theme and add the new theme and activate.

Hi Elizabeth,

Issue is not with the theme. You have 41 Active plugins and one of them is conflict with the WordPress insert media option. If you deactivate all the plugins everything works perfect.

I am having some issues with setting up a Child theme for the Girlie Pro theme I just purchased. I currently have the Child theme installed. However, when I activate it, it doesn’t look right at all. I know how to install a Child theme with ease, however, something doesn’t seem right.

Has anyone have this issue? Or could it be another plugin conflicting with it?

We are still developing a page whereby every month we will post the updates of the theme.

And then all one needs to do is the follow the instructions below:

Procedure for update: Kindly re-download the theme via same email you got or else by login here: sktthemes.net/my-account, activate some other theme, and delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

After having uploaded my WordPress website developed with SKT White Pro theme into the hosting server all images are visible only from my IP address. Every other PC or mobile device (regardless its geographical position) can see the pages and the text but no slider or banner images.

Then go to appearance>customize>header to upload and set up a header image to change the image for the blog posts area.

And the section 4 boxes should also be solved in the updated theme.

It is due to the page builder. If you deactivate the page builder everything looks fine.
