Jetpack plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce lightbox. You have to deactivate the jetpack plugin.

Apologies for the problem. We have updated the theme. Procedure for update: Kindly login here: sktthemes.net/my-account and download the complete theme after clicking on View order.
Once that is done kindly activate some other theme and delete the old theme. Upload and activate the new theme.
This problem is solved in the new theme and should work fine for you.

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly go to sktthemes.net/my-account/ view your order and download the updated theme zip file.
Then go to appearance>themes>activate some other theme and then delete the old theme and upload and activate the new one.
