Naturo Pro – "Our Team" shortcode not working on mobile

Hello,

I just noticed that the shortcode for “Our Team” is not working correctly only while displaying the webpage from a mobile device.
If you see it on a desktop computer it shows the team members correctly, but if you see it on a mobile it only shows the text for the shortcode:

[ourteam show=”6″]

Do you know what might be happening?

It is due to the Jetpack plugin. Kindly deactivate the jetpack and check its working or not.
