No parallax effect on background images

Hello!

When uploading background images to sections, they are not “parallaxing”. Only the slider has the parallax effect, all other background images do not.

I haven’t found a way to fix it.

Oh, and also I’d love to make the slider a bit higher. What code should I use?

Disclaimer: If you update this new theme your theme options will be reset as this is a completely new theme.

Procedure for update: Kindly re-download the theme via same email you got or else by login here: sktthemes.net/my-account, activate some other theme, and delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

Thank you. The new version is working much better.

Now there is another question I have. I have been trying to add more than 3 services in the “Services” section. If added more than 3 as originally in the theme, it all goes messed up, mostly the alignment.

Is this fixable, or do I have to make my own section with more than 3 columns?

Dear Moderators,

the theme/website is not loading properly on mobile devices. Checked on Android version 4.1.2, 6, and 5. It takes time to load sections properly on scroll, in the meantime, only the slider is showing. It is happening every time one scrolls up or down.
This represents a big problem to me. Is it solvable?

I have already done some things twice due to you sending me the old version of the theme which didn’t work. I’ve lost enough time on this.

Animation has to be disabled because without scrolling there is no animation and the below sections remain hidden.

Hi Brad,

I am sad to say, but no, I don’t want to disable the animation. I paid for the theme. Allegedly responsive, working theme. Since it is not what it is, and without further loss of both your and my time, I would kindly ask you explain to me the way to get my money back. I see you have a “no refund” policy, which is all fine in cases where your product works. Since that is NOT the case, I would love to be able to buy some other theme, or pay a developer to do it for me. If I knew I’d have to be fixing every inch of this theme, that is surely what I would do instead.
