Theme has been updated since this is a problem for users.

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve this problem.

I think the zip you had wasn’t complete and didn’t download fully.

All i did was deleted your theme by activating something else and uploaded it and activated it.

Nothing else.

It seems that one of your plugin conflicts with the slider. Kindly deactivate the plugins and check whether slider is working or not.

I have the same problem, and you’re not answering Courtland’s question properly ….

I also spent hours setting up my site using your Lite version and when I bought amd activated the Pro version all the content and pictures on my entire Lite site disappeared.

I don’t want to have to rebuild my site when I activate the upgrade.

How do we get my content and formatting back? Where is my content?

If you can’t fix this immediately I want my money back.

Hi there just wondering why my post was deleted!
I installed your basic free theme and and made changed to it, then decided i need to get the pro theme.
So i purchased it,
i installed it and activated it and it didnt keep the changes as its actually another theme.. ive been doing themes for 14 years and now the whole slider section is invisible.. who do i contact to help?
I did appreciate my post being deleted.. as im reaching out fgor help and know how to install themes and update them.

Thee is no option button for updating the theme it was not created in the coding in the free theme version.

So now I uploaded the pro version and now the slider section doesn’t work. and i did lose my changes to the original free theme as its two different themes in all actuality!

you see the sliders are blank.(even when i upload my own pictures and change the text.) It worked with the free theme!

Hi Troy,

When you activate the free theme you get back to where you were. Activating Pro doesn’t carry forward the homepage settings. Reason is free is via Appearance>Customize whereas Pro is via Appearance>Theme Options.
Secondly Pro has lots of more options than free to carry it forward. In Free you can select pages on the homepage boxes via Appearance>Customize.

Whereas on Pro you can select it via Appearance>Theme Options.

So i installed the free version, and changed the demo sliders words and said hmm i cant do what i want with the theme so i bought the pro version.
now i activated the new pro version i did not copy over the free version in the root of themes in wp. so two folders, free and pro. i activated pro and lost the changes i made to the demo stuff.
is there something I’m missing because Now none of the sliders are showing at all!!!
im a 13 veteran of working on themes and something isn’t right.
