Issue resolved.

The problem was coming due to the Jetpack plugin. So we have deactivated it.

Hello,

I am seeing an issue on the IT Solution theme where the mobile menu button does not activate any menu. It would also be much better mobile UX for the sliders to be “clickable” on mobile – at this point it does not look like the CTA buttons are there on mobile.

Can you assist with this?

I havent ever tried to install or reinstall WordPress. This site state happened due to your theme malfunction. In fact, if you try to run WordPress installation you receive a long series of errors.

If you don’t provide me with a version of SKT White Pro compatible with WordPress 5.0, every attempt to reinstall WordPress and activate your theme I’m afraid it will go in error again… things go round and round.

excuse me but I don´t see any issues been solve!!

I just changed a section at the spanish home and it changes in both homes, english and spanish!! and THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO BE FIXED!!

and what about the issue with the permanents sections procedures, our team, testimonials? I need to be able to enable the english language without it erase everything I´ve post on spanish!! “when I go to languages settings and I activate the languages in this sections it erase everything I’ve done, all my information and posts in this sections, like Procedures and Our Team…”

I know, As I mentioned, I could not activate your theme (I am trying to switch to your theme), because it was so messed up and I didn’t want to give my site visitors a negative experience.

The checkout/cart created a massive issue.

I have an ecommerce site and use woocommerce. This theme is causing issues in the header because of the cart I think. I am hoping you know how to fix this. I do not have the theme active because I need my site to be functioning before I activate it.

I created a child theme from Hotel Pro (Stay Here), but on “Live Preview” as well as on “Activated” it does NOT show the content from the original theme. When I check Pages I can see all my content is there.
I tried both the “Child Theme Generator” as well as “Child Theme Configuration” plugins.

Is there something in the Parent theme I should deactivate or remove?

Looking forward to any solution.

Hi!! Thanks for your help but the only issue resolved was this: -The links on the right side of “Plans and Rates” page do not work but in Spanish (“Planes y Tarifas”) is working fine!

the other issues are still not working:

The blog section at home (scroll down to find it) in English does not show my 1st post, in Spanish it does shows my first post, but does not show my 2nd post!…

-The links on the page “Services” also have a short code of a form but they are not working! (the shortcode is Form id=”6″)

Update: I’ve currently deactivated this section, so the home page is showing text from WordPress’s ‘set home page’.

Will i need to activate this section temporarily for you to identify the issue?

I have a ‘Home’ title on the home page that I can’t remove. It’s situated under the ‘Our specialist’ section (when that section is activated).

I’m on WordPress 5.0.3 and the theme version is Pro 1.0

While I can remove the home page’s paragraphs in the text editor, I cannot remove the home page’s title in the text editor without it also removing the ‘Home’ button on my navigation menu.

On the SKT Handy Demo, you managed to have the ‘Home’ link on the navigation menu without it appearing underlined as a title on the home page.

How did you do that?

I have installed Spa Theme on www.dietalia.ro, I worked on it, but until I finish the modifications I need, I am using my old theme Karuna. The Spa Theme is installed on the server, but it is not activated. Do you need to give you acces to the admin?
