Browser window if resized to a very small one the menu will definitely resize because it thinks the screen size is small.
Normally people do not resize browser windows and keep it full screen.

If you need more payment gateways then it will be custom like having braintree payments or PayPal advanced which means having card payment separate and PayPal payment separate.

ShriBecause PayPal express checkout is applied which is the new method and it asks you to either login or click on the sign up button.
Once logged in one can use PayPal balance or use the newly registered card if clicked on sign up to pay for the services.
If you don’t like how PayPal works use Payza/alertpay/moneybookers/skrill.
