I don’t think we can apply opacity to the background because there is nothing behind background to judge its opacity.
Lastly i see the background 1 color full wide and not tiled so i think you got it.

ShriThe header is widgetized but if you add the widget it will replace the default header we have there. That way you can add icons, or have custom address and social icon on top.
