when you say “static HTML code in the theme” does that mean it cannot be erased or modified?
I would like to use the fourth column but without the newsletter sign-up.

Hello Shri,

thank you for your suggestion of updraft plus.

As far as I understood updraft plus it is a complete backup including database and everything.
What I have meant was to backup onle the theme options. So you can restore different theme options at the moment you might need it.

In the past I have used different themes from other creators like Cryout Creation. They all have such option on board.
I would like to continue with SKT because of your designs. But back-up is essential.

I have created a testimonial page named “Kundenmeinungen” put in [testimonials] and used the “all testimonial” template. I also created a new testimonial named “Gerne jederzeit wieder” but the testimonial will not be shows on the website http://gruene-oase-idstein.de

so reading between the lines your comment means that even you have a box for a second phone number the apperance does not show this number as it should i.e. as the first phone number and you nee to modify the footer.pho file?

I of course was looking at the documentation before I wrote this post.
Nervertheless it is not mentioned that your footer columns completely disappear if you use the footer widgets and only apprear again when each footer widget is completely empty. If I overread this in your documentations it would be very kind to point out whre I have read this important point.

Hello Shri,

I know. It is gone now. I have no idea what happened. But I know that we have nothing changed. I also know that we was facing the “Nothing found” error for days. So something must have changed since it is working now. Since we have not changed anything from our side not in Firefox nor Opera. There must be either a change from your side or any html error that has caused the “Nothing found” error.

I know nobody really like such unexpected errors that disappears suddenly. But if one of your guys would have had a look by last week you would have found the error that is now gone. I don’t say this as critisism. I just follow it up since there is always the chance that it will appear again. And the last thing we all want is having such error in live operation. 😉

Is it with all perfect themes this way?

I have used the perfect theme but there are not theme options under >design > theme options.
But there was no customizer option as well.

I wrote this to SKT and got the infomation back that I should update the perfect theme.

I have now updated the perfect theme and I now see the cutomizer. But doesn’t have the perfect theme options? Do you always have to work with the cutomizer which I find less ideal.

it is good to know that the customs CSS content remains the same. Lots of other theme creators do overwrite customs CSS and you have to start all over again which is nerve wrecking.
