Please help us solve your problem by sending us your iPhone screenshots. And also your FTP of the live site with our theme. Once we solve it for you we will apply the fix for our themes as well.

Reason is iPhone 6 has resolution of 375px and all other old iPhones had 320px.

Hence for 375px it is picking up tablet resolution and hence it is not showing the correct responsive css.

Check the email you have pasted and change it to yours.

In case it still doesn’t work for you remove our shortcode of contact form from sections and use your own plugin like contact form 7 or other plugins available in WordPress.org for contact form.

Paste the shortcode of the plugin you use replacing the theme default in section.

You might be sending emails to [email protected] it is [email protected] May be that’s why because we are able to receive all sorts of emails.

1. There are many factors which cause this. Server response time, heavy images used in slider, also try to use W3 Total Cache plugin and configure it properly.

Are there any known issues with moving a completed site using the Pathway theme? I have followed the steps I have used before but all I am getting is errors. Is the theme set up so that once it is used on a domain it can’t be moved?

Here is the error:

Check this file using ftp: wp-content/themes/skt-full-width-pro/css/main.css

Check the class: .post-thumb img

remove the width so right now its width: 398px

Remove width:398px completely and save.

All images will appear full width then in this page.

Let us know if you still have problems.

use your email id and password (use forgot password if you have forgotten the password).

And then download the updated theme which looks exactly like the demo.

you can see this there: section ul li, .content-area ul li, .content-area ol li ul li
please remove: , .content-area ul li, .content-area ol li ul li

And save. It should then only show ul li background i.e. green check marks only for the sections then and not for the content.

Hello – I went into “editor” and deleted the entire chunk of code for the footer.php section on my SKT FULL WIDTH THEME… it is now blank and none of my social icons or my contact info is showing up down there, and also none of my slideshows are working because they obviously must rely on footer info.  Can someone please provide me the code to replace all of that?  Thank you!
