Q 1. For the slider:

Ans : The slider jQuery was conflicting with another function. So we have removed that function.

Q 2. For the Testimonials:

Ans: We have changed testimonials shortcodes.

Q 3. For 3 boxes:

Ans: We have removed the hashtag and added a toggle function to H3.

1. I have tried to reduce the amount of gold space below my logo on the home page but cannot do that?

Ans: Issue have been resolved.

2. Testimonial page used to have a carousel??

Ans: If you want to use carousel in testimonials page.

Kindly go to Testimonials >> Add Testimonials >> and add all testimonials there.

After adding all testimonials. Kindly go to Testimonials page and add shortcodes there.

The entire website I am working on uses the font-family: ‘Roboto’, sans-serif; BUT on the “Contact Us” page using the shortcode taken from one of the given contact formats, the font is now serif (or Times Roman) in the form and on the right side. How can I change the font to sans-serif?

Hi all,

So I just built my website using your pet-care theme and I wanted to change the pictures of “My team” entries.

Usually I did this through the admin-panel.

Now, the “Our Team” page simply is not there in the backend. There is no option for me to add team members (as I can add Services for example).

What is strange is that the website still works, and the shortcode still works through elementor but I can not access the admin panel to edit team members.

I even tried to access it directly using the post_type page but there is no such post_type…

I am using Fundraiser pro and need to change the images in the page headers but when I upload another image it is being stretched and so does not look good. Can you advise where I can find the dimensions for these images so I can make them to fit. The same goes for the home page header. Also I am trying to find the list of shortcodes. When I follow the support instructions I still cannot find them.

Hi, I recently purchased the Software theme and am having a few very specific issues.

For some reason, in my footer, the third column is giving a big line break before starting the shortcoded menu, even though I have not typed a line break.

In addition, there are some specific areas where I need to update colors, but am not sure how if not for editing the theme code itself, which I want to avoid doing. There is a quotation mark graphic in the testimonial section that I cannot find/replace anywhere on the backend of WordPress or in Elementor. There are also these purple dividers in the footer between the footer section name and the actual text of the section. I cannot find where to update that color. Then finally, hyperlink text and hover color in the footer. The footer is separate from Elementor, so I know I cannot edit that way.

I am not a web developer, but do have some light experience with this stuff. Thank you for your patience if these are really obvious questions.

Thanks for getting back to. Is there no way around this with what already exists in the theme or have I got to generate completely new pages. If so then can you point me in the direction of help pages for this theme as, for instance, if I generate a new Team section I will need the short code but I cannot find the shortcode list as the on-line help files do not match what I see on screen.
I have to say though that I am seriously disappointed that these images cannot be changed. We are a bereavement counselling charity so to have a header showing money on the Our Team section is just not acceptable.
