Hi Chris, there ist no cPanel for the three sites. On (stylebybettina.at) is hosted by our admin he can change the php version so you can start with this one. I tell him to to this immediately. The other ones are hosted by Strato. If the php version is changed at strato for 45 minutes we can not change it back. So maybe it’s better to start with the one we can change back to the actual version first. I send you the login details for the strato site via e-mail after the first site is fixed, ok?

I recently purchased an updated version of theme “Adventure” (pro6.0) in order to be able to update our webserver to PHP 8.0. Sadly, as soon as we switch the PHP version to 8.0, our wordpress site isn’t working correct any longer. Only demo content of our Adventure theme is displayed and none of our customizations.

Could you please advise, how to fix this and if version pro6.0 is indeed the most current one?

Hi,

You will have to send us FTP details and WordPress admin details of all these 3 websites as well as cPanel hosting details.

Once you change the PHP version whatever error is appearing we will have to check and resolve them and disable the plugins which are no more compatible or update them.

At the momment we try to upgrade the PHP version to 8.0. We obtain this error in our homepage:

We have tried to desactivate the plugin “Theme demo import” but a 404 page error appears.

I have just installed the SKT Food Pro v3.0 theme with the Theme Demo Importer v1.1.1 on https://www.redpilldesign.nl/nonamanis.
The Demo importer gives me the following error:

Subsequent tries to run the Import Demo Content seems to get stuck on ” Importing, please wait!”.

I tried the SKT Themes Demo Importer plugin to no avail.
Please advise.
