Hi again!

Ok…..this time its after following the youtube video to add team members….I followed it to the tee ….however this theme does not have the theme options so i figured that i would use the documentation page that had short codes…however, the video though detailed did not bring me to the success that I was expecting…

I even tried using your skt builder and played with that for about 2.5 hours attempting several different ways to make this work…
What was interesting was the event planners demo of what was in the theme came up with pictures of what you said…but it did not give me what i expected or saw in the youtube video.

What should have taken perhaps 20 minutes tops….is not running over 2.5 hours to figure out what the video instructs and what your short codes say that they will or will not do…

I’m at the point now wondering if the zip drive that i downloaded was full of errors….because truly this is way harder than I’m thinking that it ought to be…..So since you now have my money….you gotta fix this….

most of nothing that i have from your documentation is working
homepage is a joke….i can’t even access that
menus are extremely hard to find and let alone update if and when necessage
our team function doesnt work from your own youtube video and short code [ourteam col=”4″ show=”4″ excerptlength=”10″ readmore=”READ MORE”] instead your demo people show up….And if i could just edit them that would be really grand….but thats a joke and I don’t know how to remove them so that they don’t show up

adding pages from the menus is extremely difficult not sure what will display…

Today was my dedicated day for 4 hours of work that was wasted as i continue to seek and follow your instructions to make my website with my information look like your…..

Also, i still cant not find where to get the event planner demo page off of my website….though i’m not ready to publish to the world….i can’t even get a preview of my own saved work to review ….instead the event planners page appears as if i did nothing…it is only when i go to customization that i can see what i’m doing….

Why is this so complicated and frustrating as i am trying to simply follow your instructions…..to build my own website….

i’m asking for help or a refund at this point….this is bordering false advertisement…..

please make it work…..

I can’t continue to spend time on building one feature from your youtube video to only find that it doesnt work and/or displayss a demo page that i can’t even access to make changes ….

The menu of this theme does not allow me to add my infomation…instead it creates a series of hashtag numbers…for example

#163 (no title)
#161 (no title)
#146 (no title)

I have tried to utilize them and change the name however then i receive an error message that its invalid….I’m thinking it shouldn’t be sooo hard…its a menu….not like changing the testimonials or working with our team capabilities….

I didnt think that this would be so difficult….it appeared pretty straight forward to change the theme into what i wanted to do….its not….

ive been off and on with the build of this website for over a month…..it really shouldnt take me that long….

please help

Hi Team,

I am using the Psychology Theme (Pro) and in the homepage Section 2, which is a newsletter sign up, I would prefer it to be a Link button to our facebook page. I ave tried changing but it keeps me on the homepage. I suspect teh tag [readmore] has something to do with it. Is there a work around for this.

Hi

I am using the SKT-Church theme,
If I add a “feature image” on the Pastors section, it appears twice on the page. How do i disable that?

And also how do i change the Pastors and Our Ministries/Teams page template from a blog template to a standard template?

And that will change the order ‘Our Team’ appear in?

Also, How do I get rid of the side menu bar that appears towards the bottom of every page and the word ‘Sompting Community Church’ that appears towards the bottom of the page?

MORE ISSUES APPEAR

Q1. blog articles not showing under blog page
A. All Post are showing in your blog page..
MORE – this seams ok

Q3. bottom I add “MORE PRODUCTS HERE” are set correct but is not redirecting to correct page (settings on my end are set correct)
A. Done..
MORE – You fix 1 but theres 2 more down at page ( Recent Products and Sale Products session also have it )

Q4. Our Team session is not showing centered and I like to have a option to change positions of profiles , no options to choose each one show first from left to right
A. Done..
MORE – Strage php code showing at that session, how can I also configure text on this I want the text to be aligned and it never show on position I type ad admin, on front page always show continuous text

Q5. When you go to bodyfeed.com/blog it show posts but no option to view posts by category, we need that

MORE – you add that, thats great but when you click on article ( post ) the side bar is showing a search and we like to ADD contact form bellow that search bar in a different box and categories under contact box and lets do same way at main blog page please. this is to fill empty space on left and right side bar when we choose that, so make sure all options work like that when we choose that type of layout

MORE – At search bar at top of the page and side page is very misconfigured when using macbook safari, is that my pc or safari configuration, it shows good on mobile iOS and others and also any other browser but safari on macbook

MORE – I saw you add new plugin for posts. what is that about, what do I do with that ????

I have few issues with theme, can you take a look

All settings are correct so I think is a code fix

1 – blog articles not showing under blog page ( not showing bodyfeed.com/blog/post-name )

2 – there is a bug with search bar on safari macbook. all other show good but safari never shower correct

3 – bottom I add “MORE PRODUCTS HERE” are set correct but is not redirecting to correct page ( settings on my end are set correct )

4 – Our Team session is not showing centered and I like to have a option to change positions of profiles , no options to choose each one show first from left to right

5 – When you go to bodyfeed.com/blog it show posts but no option to view posts by category, we need that

6 – when you go inside of a blog post the left side bar is not showing and is having a duplicate search bar instead – you can check on https://bodyfeed.com/principals-of-triathlon-training/

if any of these are not included on the theme support send me quote to fix I need fix it anyways. also if need screen shots i can provide. i already send some to [email protected]

excuse me but I don´t see any issues been solve!!

I just changed a section at the spanish home and it changes in both homes, english and spanish!! and THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO BE FIXED!!

and what about the issue with the permanents sections procedures, our team, testimonials? I need to be able to enable the english language without it erase everything I´ve post on spanish!! “when I go to languages settings and I activate the languages in this sections it erase everything I’ve done, all my information and posts in this sections, like Procedures and Our Team…”

Hi!
I have Complete pro installed via a child theme.
I have 2 specific issues.

First, since a while, the social icons (facebook) in the footer as well as in the our team section doesn’t show the right icon or any icon at all.

Second, on the front page, I want to include a slider into the different home sections. I tried this with multiple sliders, but all seem to not “fill” the specific home sections, I get them to be full wide but there stays a border at the button and at the top, so I was wondering how I can change that?

I have few small issues

– want make sure bottoms change color when mouse go on top, some of them are not doing that, also want blue line to do like others do changing to green when mouse go on top

– first blue stripe is larger then other , this happened before and I dont know how to correct

– at our team can I change order of the individuals ? how ?

– can we add social media to top page , like on top of the logo ( between logo and the flags )

– on mac computer the search bar is not showing correct
