How do I change the order in 'Our Team'?

1) How do I change the order of’Our Team’?
2) How do I make the boxes in a section work as a table and stay the same size?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.sliderinbox { min-height:385px; padding:55px 18px;}

And that will change the order ‘Our Team’ appear in?

Also, How do I get rid of the side menu bar that appears towards the bottom of every page and the word ‘Sompting Community Church’ that appears towards the bottom of the page?

So the re-sizing of the boxes has worked perfectly, thank you.
But ‘Our Team’ are still displaying in the order they were added (most recent first). I have installed the suggested plug in and re-ordered as per the screenshots on the plugin, but it makes no difference.
I will delete and add in the reverse order I need them to appear.

I can’t delete and re-add them all. Why does the Team component not read the custom order? It appears correct when editing in Elementor.
