if you click any page ie Our Team to the right you will see an audio player widget

also on the reservations section i seem to have removed the BOOK NOW button when i rename it Email Us
is there a way to add a button like before but rather than BOOK NOW button it says EMAIL US

Lastly the name of Testimonial can that be centered as looks as if slightly aligned to the right

After updating wordpress I have encountered a problem with the widgets working of the web: http://www.centredentalcise.com

I can not edit, delete or add any widget. I have tried to disable all plugins but it does not work either.

What can be the problem?

Hi Brad,

I changed the testimonial page and thank worked fine.
I tried adding a blank text widget on the sidebar contact page although that has not seemed to work.

Would I be able to send you my website login to see if you are able to do this?
I really like the theme although this is doing my head in.

1. Kindly go to Appearance » Widgets » Sidebar Contact Page and add a blank text widget there.

2. Kindly change Testimonials page slug from testimonials to something else as we have created a post type with this slug.

Is it possible to add more than three pictures next to each other in the “Our works”-category in the Design Agency theme? And is it possible that they are not squared?

Furthermore I would like to only use some of the photos in some places. I’ve categorized everything but I don’t know how to not show all of them – when I use the short code [photogallery filter=”false”] and [photogallery filter=”true”] it just shows all off the photos, but what do I write if I only want to show photos in one category? And what is the difference between false and true?

Aaaaaand then; How do I install a widget on one page only? When I install for instance testimonials as shortcode in the sidebar it shows testimonials in the sidebar on alle pages but on the blogpage I would like to have categories and archives.

Hi,

1. Kindly set featured image to those pages.

2. You can use a page builder plugin or Shortcodes Ultimate plugin.

3. Kindly go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Sidebar Main, drag drop a text and add contact form shortcode [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”] then add more content below.

Hi,

1. Yes it is a widget area called Sidebar Main. If left blank it will display contact form and testimonials by default for theme demo content purpose. You can replace contact form and testimonials by adding your required widgets to Sidebar Main or if you don’t want to display sidebar you can select Full Width template for that page.

2. To remove very top menu kindly add below code to Custom CSS box located at Appearance » Theme Options » Basic Settings » Custom CSS.

.topnav{display: none;}

3. To put your own things on those 3 footer boxes you can use Footer top 3 widgets area. For example if you want to put two address boxes you can add two text widgets and write address in them.

2. Kindly go to Appearance » Menus select Create a new menu at the top of the page, enter a name for your primary menu in the Menu Name box, check Primary Menu checkbox, click the Create Menu button then add desired pages and save the menu again.

3. Kindly go to Appearance » Menus select Create a new menu at the top of the page, enter a name for your footer menu in the Menu Name box, check Footer Menu checkbox, click the Create Menu button then add desired pages and save the menu again.

well its not live yet…i just started working on it. I have a simple splash page up but you can bypass that. Go to www.storageatsummerlinlv.com and if you look hard, youll see a little white box right in the center of the page. This was a “go on to site” button that i removed the text from. If you click there it will take you to my page. Basically i modified the slider, added my own menu items, but here are the few issues:

1: right sidebar below slider. Its all stuff that was in your template and i cannot remove it. It looks like a widget but there are no widgets listed in the widget area. I also see something about testimonials in the “short codes” tab under theme options but all of this is non editable.

2. the menu is in 3 places…i want to remove it from the very top and very bottom but it will not let me. If i uncheck the menu i created from that area it just puts the default menu there.

3. The footer MAKES me have the address and phone in those boxes. I either want to remove that completely or put my own things in those boxes. Such as make two boxes address boxes since we have two locations.

Adding short codes to widgets results in the actual short code showing up in the page.

I am trying to do the following:

1. add the social links to replace the recent posts section in the footer. I added the social short code to a text widget in Footer 3 but it showed up in position 4 and was just the text of the shortcode not the links.
2. I need to suppress some pages from the mail tab navigation but cannot. all new pages automatically appear in the tab menu at the top of the page.
3. Reorder the quicklinks in the footer.
