Hi Tiffany,

Since its a one page theme it cannot be set up to a static page because latest posts will show up the sections.

However i want to understand why do you need to set up the homepage as static page in the first place?

Min height for the 3 columns on top is possible. Kindly use this in appearance>theme options>basic settings>Custom CSS box:

.services-wrap .one_third{min-height:316px;}

The fa prefix has been deprecated in version 5. The new default is the fas solid style and the fab style for brands.
