Hi,

Given you re-access to the theme till 30th April. Kindly download the theme from here:
sktthemes.net/my-account (use forgot password in case you forgot)

Theme Instructions after download:

Kindly visit Appearance>Themes>Activate some other theme for the time being.

Then click on old Pro theme and delete it. Don’t worry deleting the theme doesn’t delete its settings at all.

Then visit Appearance>Themes>Add New and upload the zip you just downloaded of the new theme.

And Activate.

That’s it. Hope you enjoy the updated latest theme.

You can keep opacity at 0.9 or else we can give you the RGB codes however then color changes would be a problem. So if you just want the opacity controlled and not the color then we can give you instructions for the same or else we can do this on your website provided you send us the WordPress admin details via email: [email protected]

SKT Full Width Pro only uses one menu and that is Primary menu. I think yes you are doing something wrong. Email us at [email protected] the WordPress admin details and we will take a quick peek and let you know what’s wrong.

Hi,

No actually you are using SKT Full Width Pro which doesn’t have sections altogether. So you aren’t missing anything.

You can go to Appearance>Menus>Primary menu and add secondary menu items.

Sorry about that. There are 2 things: 1. Don’t use jetpack mobile which causes mobile theme to be loaded up instead of our responsive version
2. Portfolio kindly use WP Lightbox 2 which should work with your images. You still have a problem email us your WordPress admin details: [email protected]
