Another set of answers for the top problem:

the contact banner blue button text is not in the h3 tag so i feel you can apply css for this -> .contact-banner a instead -> .contact-banner h3

Hi,

I asked my coder and he said that its not essential for you to pick that particular contact us button. You can go to Appearance>Theme Options>Shortcodes and check the button shortcodes there for usage on anywhere else other than the contact us.

And your usage of buttons appear just fine. They appear well in center as well.
