Yes, you can adjust the position by changing the value.

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

and try to change the value of .nivo-caption class.

Try using theme my login plugin which can be useful for login and register pages.

As for 404.php you may use this plugin to customize: https://wordpress.org/plugins/404page/

There is no shortcode for breadcrumb in the theme. You can use plugin for that.
