    Hey Dave,

I’ve added and activated the plugin but it doesn’t add the breadcrumb path to the WooCommerce pages. When I look at the source code there’s nothing added there either. Do I need to change what it says in the ‘wrap before’ and ‘wrap after’ parts of the plugin settings?

I am also using Yoast SEO plugin on the website. I’ve made sure product_tag, product_cat and product have breadcrumbs enabled but this hasn’t helped, either.

    Thanks,
    Emilia

    Hi,

Just an update – the issue seems fixed, there was a caching plugin messing things up. Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

Implementing this still did not do the fix. I don’t think this issue will get resolved by custom CSS. The theme font and colors are set through Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings but they don’t render correct on the website anymore, what could be causing this?

    Hi,

Thanks for the quick turnaround but unfortunately this didn’t help.

What would happen if I went back to the old version of WordPress, could the theme be incompatible with the new version or with a plugin I am using on site? The problem is mostly in the theme elements (fonts, colours, even footer).

    Hi Brad,

Is there any chance you had the time to look at my query above?

    Thanks!

    Hi Brad,

Thanks for your quick action with this one! Breadcrumbs look very good now, thanks again.

I’ve noticed another kind of pressing issue on the site: All the theme elements are not working properly on the website, for example the CTA buttons & sidebar element colours & the theme fonts and anchor link colours. I am trying to decipher the cause for this issue & if the problem is in the theme, in the plugins or the recent WordPress update.

The problem originally started about a month ago when I ran out of theme updates & support. I managed to keep the problem under control by manually updating all plugins (or so I think).

Now that the theme updates and support have been activated again I noticed that if I visit the website in an incognito browser the problems there persist. Maybe the problems never really went away but I just saw an old browser cache of the website.

I updated a few photos in Imgur that show how the website looks like now with the issues (first picture) and how the website should look like (second picture). Here is a link to the pictures: https://imgur.com/a/jCUuJNH . Could you have a look and help me understand the cause of the issue?

    Thanks again!

    Hi Brad,

Thanks for the notice, I have now subscribed to receive theme updates and support again.

Could you have a look at the issue with breadcrumbs again please? 🙂

    Thanks!

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for your help! The iframe size on mobile is still as small as before even after adding the custom CSS. Could it be that the earlier CSS I had inserted is messing with it? Could you have another look, please?

    Thanks and kind regards,
    Emilia

    Hi,

Sorry but another question on top of the questions in my previous message^^

Is it possible to use a short video clip in the homepage slider and/or in the featured image of a post/page?

    Thanks so much 🙂

    Hi Dave,

Thanks a lot for your answers! If you don’t mind I have a few more technical questions 🙂

    1) I’ve bought the theme for a test subdomain I’ve used to build the new site on. Next I’ll need to copy everything from the test site to the actual new site. Do I need to buy the theme again or can I transfer that over as well?

    2) Is it possible to change the default spacing? Currently the spacing is either very narrow (pressing enter) or then double the spacing, making anything with double spacing seem not connected to what was said earlier. Is it possible to make the standard spacing 1,5x? Here’s an image of what I mean: https://imgur.com/YIQl4SN

    3) Is it possible to make the phone number in footer and at the very top of the header clickable a href link elements? This is to show the elements I mean: https://imgur.com/k2ryfDB

    4) Is it possible to add some padding on both sides of body content on mobile? Currently the text goes from one side to other (and also the font size is quite small). If I wanted to grow the font size and add some padding on mobile like in this picture (on left), how could this be done? https://imgur.com/6tEOSN1

    5) Is it possible to make a full length ‘brands we service’ picture bar above the footer? Here’s an example from a competitor on what I mean: https://imgur.com/33R4gO5

Thanks so much for your help!

    Emilia
