I just realized I have the strong theme under another email account for my business “[email protected]” I can try re-downloading from there and then contact you from that account if I have further issues.

Okay, thank you! So I can just delete the theme, activate another, and re-upload the theme? Otherwise, to actually do a full re-download I would need you to provide me with the download file again, as it has expired. So I will try to re-upload the file I have originally downloaded when I first purchased the theme.
