    My website doesn’t look like how i have been customizing it. Looks very basic. I definitely did something wrong

    im getting pretty frustrated. not only is my site looking really bad. the second page wont even show up. says i didnt configure it correctly. how come things are not matching up from the page builder and the actual site….. and why does it take so long to hear back from you all. starting to rergret paying for this.

    another thing. i want to start with the demo site and go from there but when i try to upload it i get a message saying its not the right type of file. i have followed the steps on the help page but either they are too vague or im just not getting part of it. i downloaded the zip file and extracted it. i then get more instructions and a bunch of code.. what am i doing wrong
