    Hello dear all,

    I have tried to upload a video to a page.
    I get an error message saying that my video exceeds the maximum size of 30 MB although my video is only 14 MB.

    What can I do?

    Hi.

    I’m using Film Maker Pro theme.

    The problem is that I’m placing a video background block and uploading a file with no more than 14Mb (it supports up to 30), but only the audio plays back. The file is mp4, 480px, and I tried codecs like AVC, HEVC and XVID, but nothing seems to work.
