where to set the contact form details as of from-email id and to-email id

Kindly install below plugin and replace theme’s contact form with Contact form 7.

Kindly go to Appearance » Widgets » Sidebar Main, drag drop a text widget and paste below shortcode there:

[contactform to_email="[email protected]" title="Contact Form"]

Replace [email protected] with your email address.
