    where to set the contact form details as of from-email id and to-email id

    Hi,

    Kindly install below plugin and replace theme’s contact form with Contact form 7.

    Sir, I am referring to the appointment contact form in the theme not the contact page form

    For the appointment contact form too kindly use Contact form 7.

    [contactform to_email="[email protected]" title="Contact Form"]

    Replace [email protected] with your email address.
