    Hi

    I have a site that from day one hasn’t configured right for responsive viewing.
    Its the Herbal theme.

    On mobiles you can scroll right and images aren’t re-sizing within the layout.

    friends4dinner.co.uk

    Can you take a look and advise any custom CSS we can use?

    Thanks
    Katie

    Hi Katie,

    I am not sure what you mean by this. Can you may be draw or point out in an image?

    You can upload image in imgur.com and share the link here.

    Regards,
    Chris

    If you load the site on an actual mobile phone (not the WordPress screen view option)

    Click any page off the home page – The site is too wide as you can move the screen right to left.

    Also the pictures within the pages (not home page) are not re-sizing to fit the mobile screen?

    Could you take a look?

    Thanks
    Katie

    Hi,

    Kindly go to header.php.

    find:
    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.1″/>

    And replace:
    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″/>

    Regards,
    Chris

    Super star! That’s worked thank you.

    Can you give any advice how I get parallax background images to re-size for mobile?

    Huge thanks as always.
    Katie
