Plugins won’t update

Elementor Pro and Essential Addons for Elementor will not update. Those came with the Music Producer theme but when I try to update Elementor Pro, I get: Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. When I try to update Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro, it says: Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. When I try to update manually, it takes me to a webpage that asks: Login to your WPDeveloper Account. I don’t have that. Because I cannot update, the slider on my homepage no longer works. Can you help me please?

This isn’t our theme issue.

Kindly ask Elementor Pro plugin developer.
