Perfect Charity Pro – Responsive fit to sreen issue

I just finished a website using the “Perfect Charity Theme” – (Pro Version 1.0) and for some reason, we can’t see the right side of the website very well when on mobile devices and tablets etc.. – the menu button and some text are off of the screen to the right just a little bit. In other words, it doesn’t completely fit to screen only on the right side of the screen. When viewing the website on our mobile devices, we have to scroll or swipe toward the left to see the responsive “menu” button etc..

Is there anything that I should be doing different. Please advise.

Please note, this is very urgent and I sure appreciate your help. 🙂

Here is the link with 2 screenshots from my Mobil Phone. The website looks great on Laptops and computers, but the responsive “version” on mobile devices cuts off the right side of the web pages. (see images)

It has been tried on many mobile devices….ipods, tablets.

PLEASE NOTE…..IMPORTANT, on my tablet, the “Responsive” Menu Button “three lines on top of eachother” does not sow on the screen at all until I “pinch” and resize the screen or “swipe” the screen toward the Left.

Everything else works great. This is a big problem though, I can’t complete this project until I get this issue resolved. 🙂 I am supposed to deliver this new site to this organization on March 16, 2017 – Eastern Time.

On my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, the “right side” of the screen is cut off even more. – IMAGE 3

Once I “zoom out” my “pinching” the screen, I can get the screen to look correct (see Image 4). People that visit this site and have tested it, don’t know to “pinch” and therefore can not see the menu button and the text on the right is cut off.

I just loaded a fresh copy of Perfect Charity (Pro) with basically no plugins, and I get the same issue….the right side of the screen is cut off. I tried other SKT Themes and I do not see this happening – the other themes look great. I just wanted to let you know this.

Kindly edit header.php goto line number 22.

Replace:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.1"/>

With:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>

Or simply you can change initial-scale=1.1 to initial-scale=1.0
