MyDog Theme – Customize Loading

Hi, I am having trouble accessing the customizer. When I try to reach it I am left with a loading page that never loads.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and turning off plugins but none of that worked.

wp-optimize plugin was causing problem. removed it and it resolved automatically.

I’m still having the same problem. I’ve tried different PCs and Laptops as well as different browsers and I’m still getting the same screen as above.
