Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.teamwrap img { width:25%;}

Is there a way to make the job title larger and remove the “( )” around the title and justify the image right so the person’s name is not separated from the rest of the text?
