contact form text and boxes allignment and colour

To whom it may concern,

I am using SKT BeFit Pro on this website http://www.davidlakepaintings.com/.
But in this page of the website http://www.davidlakepaintings.com/contact/ where I am using the contact form 7, the text label of the boxes and the boxes is not lining up correctly. Is there a code to fix this issue or please advice what should I do?

Also, I want the boxes background colour to be white and the input text colour to be black, please advice what code to use for this also?
