change testimonail rotator speed

im trying to slow down the testimonial rotator speed

i changed settings in wp-content/themes/gravida-pro/assets/js/jquery.bxslider.min.js
but it is not working

i want to slow down the rotator so people can read it i have setup this
[testimonials-rotator show=”100″]

please let me know what i need to change and in what file to slow down the rotator thnx

Hi,

You can change testimonial rotator speed.

Kindly go to wp-content/themes/gravida-pro/assets/js/complete.js.

And find “.bxslider” and change there ” speed: 1e3,” .

Hi there, please let me know if I need to changes this to a new ticket!

But I’ve had similar problems with my site, I’ve found this code in the “edit theme” area and have been playing around with the numbers but it doesn’t seem to be slowing down?

Is there something else I can try?

I’m using White theme, and I have previously granted admin rights if helpful, happy to resupply if needed.

Hi Chris, thank you so much for the quick response, it’s still rotating pretty quickly? I know quite a few of them are pretty long, but it’s not even enough time to read the shorter ones? We’ve timed it here, and estimate we’d need about 10-15 seconds on a testimonial for someone to be able to read the average length one…
