Hi, not mean that section, I mean SKT Elementor addon infobox element, also what could be problem, I see everything ok in elementor edit section and live version SKT infobox icon and shadows are all wrong?

If we disable qTranslate XT plugin than customizer working properly.

qTranslate-XT plugin are out dated and it’s not working properly with our latest theme version. Kindly use “Polylang or TranslatePress” plugin for translating your site.

Kindly re-purchase the theme from this link: https://www.sktthemes.org/shop/spa-wordpress-theme/

Even though the design might have been changed as part of the new theme however you still get support and updates for old theme as part of the purchase.

Hi,

On our websites we use the qtranslate-xt multilanguage plugin. There has recently been a new update and we have noticed a problem.

After update there is a problem in Appearance > Personalize
The screen goes blank and we cannot edit any element.

We have been testing on various web pages. At the moment this problem has been confirmed in more than 30 web pages. On the other hand, there are a small number of web pages that continue to work perfectly after the plugin update (so far we have confirmed 7 web pages that work perfectly after updating qtranslate-xt).

We have consulted the help of the plugin and they have informed us that it is surely a problem with the themes and that we must inform the designer of the themes (in this case SKT).

This problem occurs with different themes and we have tried to discover some clue that indicates what the problem could be but we have not found any match

So that you can access and do the necessary checks, we have sent you through the contact form the access data to one of the web pages that give the error after the update and another web page that works perfectly after updating the plugin.

We hope you can correct this problem.
