Adventure theme – translations

Hi there,
On the blog per category list, I would like to have the translation of “READ MORE” in the respective language (e.g. “LIRE LA SUITE” for French and “WEITERLESEN” for German) as for example in the following URL https://destination-montagne.ch/category/jura-trois-lacs/. The translation works fine for the new blog entries list, as for example: https://destination-montagne.ch/de/blog-right-sidebar/
Also, I would like to have the translation of “x Tours Available” in the respective language, as on page https://destination-montagne.ch/de/destination-des-sorties/

Hi Chris,

Thank you very much for your support, it looks great for the blog.
However, where can I set the “x Tours Available” translations? This because, the French nor the German translations are appropriate. For French, it would be rather “x séjours disponibles”. And for German, I would rather have something like “x verfügbare Aufenthale”.
And also, subsidiary question: would it be possible to have the singular form when x=1, instead of the plural form in all cases?
