Since I have bought at least 4 templates from you and I know the installation process I don’t think I have done any mistake in the steps. However it still gives me a white screen. The height is not correct on a mobile. The height of the spacer is smaller there and is not (60) see screen shot: https://ibb.co/K9T1jgp.

What needs to be done to equalize the distance between the picture and tips & info on a mobile, such as a desktop or tablet preview?

Even though the design might have been changed as part of the new theme however you still get support and updates for old theme as part of the purchase.

Since last Friday (around 14h.) new images on the website don’t load/show anymore… They are still visible in the media library and when creating an article. But preview, newsletter and website don’t show any! (https://saudadesdeportugal.nl/)

Tested all plugins in troubleshooting mode; when all disabled the problem still occurs. After contacting my hosting first they advised me to see what you can do, as they found this: ↓

I truly don’t know what’s causing the problems, hope you can help!
