Images not loading

Since last Friday (around 14h.) new images on the website don’t load/show anymore… They are still visible in the media library and when creating an article. But preview, newsletter and website don’t show any! (https://saudadesdeportugal.nl/)

Tested all plugins in troubleshooting mode; when all disabled the problem still occurs. After contacting my hosting first they advised me to see what you can do, as they found this: ↓

I truly don’t know what’s causing the problems, hope you can help!

Unfortunately your theme subscription has expired.

Kindly re-purchase the theme from this link: https://www.sktthemes.org/shop/girlie-girly-wordpress-theme/

Even though the design might have been changed as part of the new theme however you still get support and updates for old theme as part of the purchase.

Ehm, how did that happen? I automatically pay every year (in January – order 51112) to extend.

I can’t find the one for this year, even though I paid for it on 1st January 2023 ($18).

Hi,

I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

I did that first when the problem started occurring. Even with all plugins disabled the problem still exists. After chatting with your colleague, it seems the theme is the problem…? Can you please check with him (Sonnal Sinha)?

Jetpack CDN is not working properly therefore we have disabled it and now images are loading fine.

I just checked my website. Featured images and single images in articles are fine. Galleries (in articles) however… Still blanc! You can see an example here: https://saudadesdeportugal.nl/alto-alentejo-middenstand/

And when sharing on social media images also don’t load/show.

Hi,

The tiled gallery uses jetpack cdn and as you know the jetpack cdn is not working therefore you have to convert the gallery in Thumbnail Grid type by editing them.

How did this just happen? I never (in all the years having the website) had this happening before… And I have been using Jetpack since the beginning.

Just did as you suggested, pretty ugly looking though: https://saudadesdeportugal.nl/quinta-vida-bob3/ Not really theme worthy.

And the issue with sharing on social media still exists…

And is everything with my theme okay? I paid in January for updates and support, but don’t see/have the order in my account? The last one showing is from last year…

Theme is working absolutely fine, the issue is jetpack cdn stopped working and yes you can contact them for their cdn issue.
