Hi SKT Team,

In my Buziness Pro 7.0, Order #54394, I finally had time to switch and everything looks good in the preview or during the setup/adapt process, all pages are ok and complete but when I go to publish, the slider doesn’t show (main page), and many pages are broken … even I completely purge cache/css on WP and in my computer navigator, tried to control on other devices and private, no success, very disappointed, can you help me ?

Hi,

I’m using “Solar Energy Pro” template. I would like to customize the header structure (not from standards features), but I would like to add, at the right of the site web’s logo, an area that tells the top news of the web site (It could be 1 to 3 top news). Example: [site_web_logo] “[small_picture] Meet our organization at CitiHall on november 15th” [email_logo email address].

How can I do that ? (adding a header plugin to edit it with Elementor, ask a developer ?)

I downloaded (SKT Sushi Pro) the file with the paid version of the template. I uploaded the template to wordpress instead of the free template. After clicking on activation wordpres tells me that a serious error has occurred and I have no option to click on anything. I just have a white screen. What it should be?!
Help me pleas with this error with Pro version of your theme or send me money back. Error happends after I installed the downloaded file of yout Pro theme verion.
I repeaid now in FTP that I can now log in back to wordpress and I know because of that, the problem were in the Pro version of your theme.
I send my wordpress login into your support email, for your quicker help, but they just told me to write it here…but I dont want to share my login here on public forum.

I’ve been struggling with my menus all day long. I can’t seem to find a second location to insert a menu…
I have my main menu in the white header bar, and I’d like to place a language menu above or below it.
I also have another menu that should go in the footer, but once again, I can’t seem to move anything in this theme.
I also have Elementor Pro, but I’m still not able to achieve anything.

Is there something I might have missed?

Kindly re-purchase the theme from this link: https://www.sktthemes.org/shop/clean-minimal-wordpress-theme/

Even though the design might have been changed as part of the new theme however you still get support and updates for old theme as part of the purchase.

Hi,

When I go into my site /Customize /Basics settings /Color options, and try to change H1 color it wont change the color. When selecting a color the preview window does change the color, but when pressing save/publish the color goes back to dark gray and is barely readable on my header.

I have purchased your plugin “SKT Naturo Pro”. On the top right of my page I have now included a translator. Unfortunately, I have the problem that the dropdown menu of the translator is displayed below the header. How do I get the dropdown menu or the translator above the header?
