Yes sure kindly swap the shortcodes or content of section 1 and 2.

In case section 1 is via pages you can hide it and then under section 2 within it add a 4 column shortcode to have similar experience.

Sorry for the delay in reply.

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

In the updated theme you can use any other video plugin. All you have to do is go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Slider Setting and you will find Other slider shortcode option. Paste the shortcode in that box.

It would be great if we had the ability to change the text ourselves within the shortcode. Also, while I have you, how do we add the google map links to the locations, since it has the map icon?

For some reason, the shortcode is not functioning on all pages. For example, it is working on this page

but it is not working on this page

it is also not working in category pages (in the sidebar there is a widget titled categories if you click to those pages the customization is not functioning)

Hi,

As shown in our video how to use qTranslate X shortcodes to translate the theme options area like sections similarly you can use wpml shortcodes plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpml-shortcodes/

And make use of WPML to translate the sections.

Shortcode of SKT White theme can’t work on your theme. You have to use Shortcode Ultimate to achieve this goal.

For 2nd Point – there is not such a shortcode in this theme – i copied already the shortcode from the theme white pro but i think there must be some adjustments to be done int he CSS classes or not ?

For first point we would need your details.

Kindly send us your URL of the site and WordPress admin details via sktthemes.net/contact

For 2nd point kindly go to appearance>theme options>shortcodes and use column shortcodes to have such an appearance.

If you need animated columns then kindly use shortcodes ultimate plugin and animated column shortcode of that plugin.

Hi Evans,

Kindly use plugin Contact Form 7. Now go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Homepage Slider

You will find “Use any Contact Form plugin shortcode” option. Paste the Contact form 7 shortcode there.
