Hi. Of all your themes, I chose the Lawzo theme for one special reason : there’s a form located on the top of the home page – above every other “graphic elements” (the form is the first thing I saw when I looked at the theme for the first time). As you can understand, this form is very important for the project I’m working on.

    So, my questions are:

1- How can I modify the fields (add, edit, delete)
2- Where does the “form data” is sent… and how to configure/modify it?
3- The form needs to be available in both english and french. How…?

If it’s not possible (or partially), what do you suggest?

Thanks for your help and support.

    Hi Evans,

Kindly use plugin Contact Form 7. Now go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Homepage Slider

You will find “Use any Contact Form plugin shortcode” option. Paste the Contact form 7 shortcode there.

    Regards,
    Dave

    …I have another question.

Is there a way to modify the “Inner Page Banner” for the Blog section (for the whole Blog section and/or per Post)?

I went to Appearance>> Theme options>> Homepage Slider>> Inner Page Banner… this banner is for the whole site (by default). I found how to use a different one for the Pages but not for the Posts.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi Evans,

Unfortunately you can not assign different header image on post or single post page.

    Regards,
    Dave

I thank you for the previous answer.

Would you eventually plan to “upgrade” this “lack”? In my opinion, it should be a very positive improvement.

    ———————-

…I have another question (with that one, my project will be done – I hope so!).

I went to Appearance>> theme options>> Basic settings. I modified the default colors (#fa5c5d) by another one (#e82027).

If you give a look at the home page (http://evansgirard.com)… go down to the Posts section… you’ll notice that the default theme’s color is still present on both sides of the dates (2016)… and the same thing goes for the three squares of the footer section (below the Posts section).

    So, my questions:

1- Can it be fixed and how?

I asked myself what would happen if I go to Appearance>> Editor and modify the Theme. Will my modifications be “erased” by a future template upgrade?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi Evans,

Kindly add your CSS in Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

So that whenever the theme is updated your modifications doesn’t affected.

For the footer add this code in custom CSS Box:

    .footer-top i{background:#e82027 !important;}

    Regards,
    Brad

I thank you for the previous answer. I have another question.

I went to Settings>> General>> …and set the Site Language to “French”.

Give a look at this URL (http://evansgirard.com/archives/category/placements-et-epargnes). As you can see/read, there’s a problem. The word “CATEGORY” …and just below “CATEGORIES” are still in english instead of french. Can you help me with that please.

    No, not at all.

The same translation problem also appears at the bottom of every pages. There are 3 rectangles… give a look at the first one… still entitled ADDRESS (in english instead of french).

    Thanks.

    Hi Evan,

Kindly use plugin qTranslate X for translation.

    Hi.

I gave a look at the solution you proposed. Unfortunately it isn’t related to the result I’m looking for. The qTranslate X plugin is used to ease the management of a bilingual site. My site must be unilingual (french).

If you look at my replies above (reply #41933 and #42138), I referred to specific words “hard coded” into the .PHP files. They can’t be modified (edited) like all the other elements I modified (required to suite my “french needs”).

I had no choice but to delay the official release (I can’t release a french web site containing english words).

So, as you can read, I really need your help. Thanks.
