Hi Guys,

Firstly, loving the theme I spent days looking for something I truely liked. I’m developing this theme for a customer and all though its perfect by design I need to make it easy to update. I’m a programmer so I’m very familiar with coding, however the end users are not. So my three questions are this.

1. Do you offer the ability for it to work with SiteOrigin (I know this may be contentious) but thought I would ask.

2. Are there any plugins you can recommend that would offer a bit more of a wizywig layout to make it easier for the users to build content/pages not using shortcodes?

3. Have you had any issues with the shortcode button not working when trying to insert into items into the textfield? Nothing happens when press it. And its installed correctly, and I have not suppressed any popups via the browser.

Hello, since I upgraded Naturo Lite theme to SKT Naturo Pro I am facing some issues. I was looking through the options and through the code as well but could’t solve any of them. I would really appreciate if you could help me to solve those problems and finally migrate my site from Naturo Lite to SKT Naturo Pro.

1. After upgrading to Pro, all the posts show auto excerpt. However all the posts have manual excerpt. I found out that the_content() has to be changed to the_excerpt but I cannot find file where could I change it for homepage (latest posts) and categories

2. The latest post section on homepage ([latest-posts col=”3″]) shows only 3 latest posts and only in two columns aligned to the left. Is there any option to change the number of latest posts shown and to adjust the width of the posts or latest post section so that all 3 columns are shown?

3. In the latest posts section on homepage are the featured images resized by default. Is there any way to control the dimensions of these resized featured images?

4. I had a two column content in my posts using 3rd party (plugin) builder. After activating the SKT Naturo Pro, the shortcodes from this builder do not work anymore. Is there any way to make them work along with the SKT Naturo Pro shortcodes? It would take lots of time to replace the old shortcodes with SKT Naturo Pro shortcodes

Kindly use PHP Code widget plugin and then in appearance>widgets>sidebar add this code: <?php echo do_shortcode( 'testimonial shortcode from appearance>theme options>shortcodes' );?>

HI Faith,

In featured boxes where page content is shown it won’t display shortcodes query as we can’t have query within a query.

So kindly have normal text in the first paragraph for display as text in the homepage boxes.

There is no css issue. currently for services are you using following shortcode :

[service pattern=”boxpattern-1″ bgcolor=”#81cccd” icon=”http://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/complete/images/wordpress.png” title=”Worpress” button=”Read” url=”#”]Lorem ipsum dolor amet consectetur adipiscing elit. So if you want to show

Four columns in a row use : pattern=”boxpattern-1″

Three columns in a row use : pattern=”boxpattern-2″

Two columns in a row use : pattern=”boxpattern-3″

Single columns in a row use : pattern=”boxpattern-4″

For Current situation if you want to make your service box center so please change pattern=”boxpattern-1″ to pattern=”boxpattern-2″ its solve your problem.

For twitter in case if that is a difficulty we can remove the whole Twitter code from our theme and update the theme.

I tried to limit the displayed teammembers for the homepage put the shortcode paramter doesn’t work.
I used in text mode, also tried ‘ instead of the “.

Unfortunately nothing happens, it shows 5 (all)

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Featured projects is now a shortcode which you can certainly use via appearance>theme options>shortcodes.

As for the featured projects exclusion then show us the URL of that page and we can hide it using CSS i guess or i can give you idea on how to remove it but keep all other items same.

I’m using a Gallery slider ( with an SKT THEME shortcode) in Section 6 which is working fine on Safari but not on Google Chrome. I’m worried the template doesn’t work properly in different browsers. Could you help me please? The Gallery’s box where we should be able to see the photos is empty. I can only see the borders and arrows of the box. No image on Chrome. thanks, t.

I solved the problem.
I exchanged the shortcodes with html code.
Now it works.

You can have those shortcodes in an area after 5 lines of content so that it doesn’t show up on homepage featured blocks.

Hi Marco,

They are given as shortcode in Pro via appearance>theme options>shortcodes. You can include theme anywhere on the website.
