Hello,

We have activate Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin and have connected our Instagram account. When we paste de shortcode in any page but we dont see de images, only the instagram butons for subscribing and charge more… We have tested with other more plugins for Instagram Feed but with no luck.

Message: I do not have the site live yet, so you can only see it when logged in to WordPress on the back end. I want to edit the testimonials’ page in SKT Yogi theme, but there is no way to do that. The testimonials just automatically pull in a list format on theme skt yogi, theme testimonials.php template, and I want to add YouTube video testimonials to the page (via shortcode ultimate) as well as a testimonials’ slider (via Elementor Pro), and keep the testimonials auto-populated list below that. How do I edit the template and/or page? I tried adding this shortcodes on to the blank page directly, but it won’t work.

At least I Need to change those colors as marked, or even better to be able to redesign the presentation of the pojects as displayed by the shortcode: [ourproject show=’3′ excerptlength=’20’] on your demo page.

I am still doing trials to see if I can control this theme because I like it.
As you will see I can change most of the home page presentation through Elementor but that section for projects does not let me do anything. It contains the shortcode [ourproject show=’4′ excerptlength=’20’] and it will display whatever projects I build in the section Our Projects, which is nice, but the design is fixed. I would like to change the design or at least the colors, for example #E4A62B in the vertical line by the pictures, the colors in the “more details button”, and the color in the titles (which were white against a black background, but when I go to a white background I obviously cannot see a white title unless I hover over it) etc.
In other words whatever the shortcode [ourproject show=’4′ excerptlength=’20’] calls is fixed and I cannot find where to modify that design nor do I find any plugin with such name. Please help. I can only change the number of projects and the excerpt length.

On this same project presentation, taking this same image as an example, I need to change the orange color on the title “Alquimed”, on hover “NANOHACK PLA”, and on that vertical thick line to the left of the picture. I think the color is #E4A62B.
Or, as an alternative, how do I edit the presentention for proyects itself on the Home page invoked by the shortcode [ourproject show=’4′ excerptlength=’20’]. Elementor treats it as a block and does not let me do anything with that. Where do I go to edit that section?

Hi. Thanks for fixing things. For some reason the top bar, header and footer, along with the slider words still do not work on my computer w latest Chrome (all addins turned off) though when I test it in other browsers, other laptops/phones/tablets, it works more or less. Any idea why? Some of the formatting on the slider pictures changes too but things are much better.

Is there any way to have the Posterity type top menu bar (live at https://www.prplfork.com) on the Videography site? (i put it on a staging site @ https://prplfork.wpsc.site/wp-admin (same login)

For some reason on either live or staging when I add code into the top row header boxes (left one, left 2, right 1, right 2) nothing happens (i inserted the social media shortcode for example).

Much appreciated for mainly solving the issues. Looking forward to getting the rest of the site done now after I hear your feedback.

I found the background image with the shortcode showing the product menu is different from the other sections of the same page, which make the design inconsistent. It looks obvious in mobile device.

Hello Chris,

we are talking in circels.
I did not use shortcode. This is what happens when i push the SKT page builder button.
There is no way i can change anything when editing with SKT Builder. This home section part is the only one that i cannot edit.

Did you receive the passwords and login credenials?
