Hello,
I’ve purchased the photoworld-pro theme and it is very useful.
But there is a conflict with the plugin All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly. I have the plugin to my child-theme and everything works fine except for the function of the plugin to have the navigation date/month display is not working.
You can see briefly the plugin trying to achieve what it is trying to do but the little display box will vanish after a few seconds.
I have tried to disable all the plugins and the problem is still there. After that I have tried to test that plugin on a different theme and the problem is gone.
So it I assume a conflict with the photoworld-pro theme. I was wondering if we could resolve this in order to have this theme to cause less conflict or no conflict at all with that plugin?

I have already posted my issue to the Author of the plugin at their forum Support.
Thank you

Also as I’m using a child theme, I’d rather keep the original theme vanilla in case of futur update…

Hi,
Use loco translate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ Convert our English text to all NL one and create your own translated language and add that in config.php (add language folder and that file within your child theme and not in parent).

Hi,
1. It seems you have the background somehow creating a problem for the child menu. Kindly send us email: [email protected] with your WordPress admin details via email and we will check this for you.
2. Use shortcode [hr] for horizontal line.
3. Okay will check that too.

Hi Karolina,
In your theme there are no layout settings. Its a single page WordPress theme.

I don’t have “layout settings” I only have basic seting, sections, homepage slider, footer, short codes and our themes and in basic seting I can only change font color, size and font face and add logo and favicon.

Whenever we update any theme all of its settings remains as they were saved. But php file changes if done can be lost.
CSS changes if done any should be done using Custom CSS box or plugin so it also remains saved.

So if I used your customizer, does that mean when you update the theme al the customizations will be lost?

I would recommend not doing a child theme and have the css in custom css area of Appearance>Basic Settings.
That way custom css is saved and customized using that so that even if theme is updated css changes remain intact.
