Hello

I would like to change something in the team section.

How do I orientate the team members to the centre? This would be handy for when I only have 2 – 3 members. Currently the members are left aligned.

I would be grateful if you could let me know the lines of code I will need to change in regards to the size of the testimonials boxes so that the entire testimonial is displayed. I have installed the new theme however there are still problems weith this and the upgraded theme doesn’t solve them unfortunately.

The problem I want to fix is when a testimonial is added it seems to be that only a few lines appear. The testimonials I have vary in length from a sentence to several sentences however none appear in their entirety. As you can see in the main home page it does not look great because the whole testimonial is not shown and you cannot click to read the whole testimonial either.

So what I want to do is either make this so you can click on it and it displays the whole testimonial on the testimonials page or just simply displays the whole testimonial. I also want to adjust the spacing between boxes as again this is not consistent based on the amount of text.

I created a separate testimonials page and dropped in the short code in but still have the same problem in that the whole testimonial not displaying.

I did the upgrade and tried the testimonials template but again this not worked either.

So the only way around this problem in my opinion:

increase the size of the testimonials boxes and the content within them so that all the testimonial is included

adjust the spacing in between boxes so they are consistent no matter how long the testimonial is

Grateful if you could let me know the lines of code I will need to change to make this possible.

I would also ideally like to adjust the amount of text that appears in the Services and Teams (Featured Links) section boxes so at least all box sizes are consistent and same amount of text can be displayed or if you can let me know the word count so that I can redraft things so they fit better as you can see on the website it is only when you click on the box can you actually see the whole text. It certainly would look better in my opinion if the first sentence could appear in it’s entirerity as it would look more professional.

I have 2 issues with the sections.
1. In services I have only 6 services – on first page I would like them to be displayed centered. They are displayed to the left. How can I change this?

2. I have only one team member. I would like the thumbnail to be displayed centered. It’s displayed to the left. How can I change this?

Do you´ve got this message:

Now I have update the theme after your update. BUT now it has been some other problem when I updated it.
FIRST- The “about us page for section”- the pictures has disappeared, know we have to choose pictures manually, before the update they were there automatically…and know when I choose pictures manually they appear very big and not between each other, they show up under the text instead…
SECOND- The read more button is still left- how will i change it?
THIRD- Is it possible to center the “our team”- pictures?

All the changes has been done. Kindly clear the cache of your browser and check.

For the homepage boxes and our team section it has some customization request. Kindly hire a developer to resolve this issue.

If I change the date and time the post was published, it affects (positively or negatively) the layout… I managed to get a decent layout by adding an even number of Team members and messing around (for over an hour!!) with the dates…

Very annoying problem! I spent over an hour changing dates and times of publishing to finally get lucky and have it worked! Next time I have to add a team member, it’s gonna be another hassle…

Please fix this.

Thank you, however most have not been resolved.

1) The contact us sidebar still is the same. i would like the “client vault” menu in the contact us sidebar to be formatted like that of the main sidebar. it is not at the moment.

2) The newsletter sign up on all sidebars has not been fixed. It still is square and beveled when the search bar button is rounded and flat.

3) I also would like to be able to change the color of the horizontal separator. How do I do that?

I will be looking for the homepage boxes and our team section to be fixed as well.

Hello again,
we have the same problem with graphics in other sections – our team and header image – while viewing website on the mobile (android and ios) images proportions are changed with lost of aspect ratio (wrong propotions of resizing).

One more problem we cant solve – command <!more> in latest news is not always working properly.As you can see on our website “more” shows in one of latest news, but you cant see it in second one – even though we put this command in the same place in both texts.

The colour of the text changes from white to the colour as desired but the symbol changes from white to green. i would like to change the colour of the symbol to the colour of the text.

here are my answers… you’re right, I was vague enough

1 – home page: the pics of the slider cannot be customized — Not sure what its supposed to mean. You can go to appearance>theme options>homepage slider to remove existing images and upload and set up your own.

Firt of all: this is not the first web site I make, so let’s skip the obvious. I know you have to face whatever question but it just isn’t the case. I changed the pics (see link below) but I cannot change their dimensions, or I was not able to. I’d love my images to be smaller in height

2 – hp: the three column section doesn’t work in the pro version — Not sure how is that possible kindly show us your website URL.

Appearance>menus should take care of menus and submenus.

Thank you, I still need

1) the team members are still out of order, I have them listed in the order I would want under “our team” from top to bottom but that is not how they are listed on the front page. I also have the plugin. Also, I would like them in two lines, not all on one if possible.

2) did not work, the rest of the homepage box that lights up still does not take me to where the button link goes

3) The buttons on the newsletter sign up forms are not matching the theme. Is there any way to make them match the “search” widget format. You can see what I mean if you look at my main sidebar on the strategies page. The theme button is flat and rounded edges, the newsletter button even after the additional coding are square and beveled. Also the text in the box is light gray in the theme, the text in the newsletter box is black

4) My images are stretching depending on the size of the screen. Is there any way to make them proportionally increase or decrease?

5) Is there a way to change the color of the horizontal separator?
